I am an experienced Leadership Coach, HR Consultant and Facilitator who has a passion for helping leaders, at all levels in their career, uncover their potential and align their values and purpose to their professional goals, so that they become empowered to lead a life of authenticity and bliss, both personally and professionally.
As a dynamic and highly intuitive professional, driven by my passion to help others, I bring 25+ years of human resources leadership experience in global corporate settings, profit and for non-profit, working with leaders from all over the world and across cultures, providing leadership development, team building, transforming organizations while embracing change, and cultivating growth mindsets. I enjoy every human interaction at any level as I truly believe in partnerships, the human connection and the importance of developing our emotional intelligence (EQ).
